The Nage-No-Kata is a Judo Kata composed of 15 throws that are executed in a traditional form that demonstrates different throwing principles. In most grading systems demonstrating the Nage-No-Kata is required for acquiring the level of a Black belt.
This app demonstrates the throws of the Nage-No-Kata in short video clips, describes important aspects of each throw and provides diagrams that clearly define the positions and movements of Tori and Uke on the mat.
The free version of the app is limited to the first nine throws, while the premium version contains the full set of all 15 throws, the complete Kata and some self defense applications.
